  • How many photos I can upload?
  •  You can upload upto 3 photos.
  • In what format of photo that I can upload?
  •  Photos which you upload should be in JPG or GIF format.
  • What is the maximum size of photo which I can upload?
  •   Size of each photo should not exceed 500KB
  • How do I login?
  •   In front page of the website, two user editable fields are there to type your GEETHAM ID and PASSWORD, Fill those two fields and click the button "LOGIN".
  • Is it possible to login with my email id which I have given during my registration?
  •   YES, you can use your EMAIL ID as well as GEETHAM ID.
  • My marriage is settled by geetham, is it possible to upload our marriage settlement in success stories in geetham website?
  •   Yes, you can. Log in with your user id / password , Click hyperlink "Success stories" under roof of quick links at left bottom side of your page , then click hyperlink "POST YOUR SUCCESS STORY", then fill all fields and upload your wedding pic.
  • When is my registered profile will come live?
  •   After approval from GEETHAM ADMIN, will take approximately 12 Hours
  • I have uploaded my photo, when will come live?
  •   After screening process from GEETHAM ADMIN.will take approximately 12 Hours.
  • I have uploaded my horoscope when will come live?
  •   After screening process from GEETHAM ADMIN.will take approximately 12 Hours.
  • How many packages are in geetham?
  •   4 packages are available in geetham.
  • How do I change my password?
  •   Login with you existing login Id & password, Click "Change password" and follow the process.
  • How do I get my forgotten password?
  •   Click hyperlink "Forget Password" in front page of the geetham website and type your mail id which you have given during your registration. Collect your forgotten password in your mail inbox.
  • How do I view particular profile?
  •   By clicking the hyperlink "VIEW PROFILE BY ID" in front page of the website.

  •   There are 4 methods of searching profiles in geetham website. They are: 1. Quick Search 2. Regular Search 3. Advanced Search 4. View Profile by id.
  • Is it possible to edit or modify the profile?
  •   YES, you can modify your profile details anytime.
  • Is it possible to delete my profile? How to do it?
  •   YES, Login with your login id & password, click hyperlink "Delete Profile" which is situated at left side below "My Account" category.

  •   Free members cant view other's contact details. Paid members can view other's contact details.

  •   Search for your liking profile & Click "Request Horoscope".
  • How do I send the photo request?
  •   Search for your liking profile & Click "Request photo".
  • I am unable to log in, but I got the message invalid user id and password?
  •   Kindly Check whether CAPS LOCK button is ON in your computer.
  • I register for my brother, sister and myself, can I use the same e mail id for the registration purpose?
  •   No, you can't use same email id, Email Id should be unique per profile.
  • I have paid the payment but the profile status says that am a free member not the paid member, what to do?
  •   Call Customer care.
  • How long I should wait to upgrade my profile if I made the payment by cheque/dd/through post/courier?
